Allari Naresh did not tasted success since some time. His last hit was Sudigadu which is a remake of Tamil pazham. The film is directed by remake specialist Bheemineni Srinivasarao. He has only one or two films that are not remakes. He scored big hits with Subhakankshalu, Suswagatham etc.
On the other hand Sunil who made his debut as a solo hero with Andala Ramudu, tasted a block buster with Maryada Ramanna. From then he did not have a notable movie as a hero. His latest outing 2 countries was also a dud, in fact 2017 is a year to forget for him with two disasters Ungarala Rambabu and 2 countries.
Both these entertainers are waiting for a good come back at the box office. So now Bheemineni came to their rescue. He acquired remake rights of Thamizh Padam 2.0. They are planning for a sequel with both these heroes in lead role. Bheemineni and team shaping up the script which must be appealed to Telugu audience.
The film will start rolling from early 2018 and might be released in summer. Both the heroes are banking on this project for a much needed hit. Same team which worked for Sudigadu is expected to work for this film.
